Šumruṣāku, Mr. I am in agony
Another evocative name is Šumruṣāku, aka Mr. I am in agony. We see him as a witness of an inheritance document (1812 BCE). Some years prior (1838 BCE), he and a number of other folks (likely merchants) rented out three fields to someone named Puzur-Damu. Marc van de Mieroop calls Puzur-Damu a 'financier'.
We find him again at the end of the 19th century (1804 BCE), loaning out 2 shekels of silver to two folks entering into a business partnership together.
